What our clients say
We work with some really fascinating organisations - here is a recent case study.
In 2008, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) began working with Professor Lynda Gratton and Andreas Voigt from the Hot Spots Research Institute to rapidly accelerate the understanding within the country of how future innovation challenges can be met. The aim of the research project was to find out how Singapore teams and communities can be supported to learn rapidly, boost their performance, and deliver at speed.
To explore Hot Spots of high performance and innovation in Singapore 30 teams from ten companies with Singapore offices participated to explore drivers of innovation and to boost their performance, value creation, and innovative capability over 60 days.
The outcome was remarkable in that 78% of the participating teams increased performance and innovation in the temperature check after 60 days as indicated by clients.
The research team were also able to highlight how teams learn effectively and they identified a number of key differences between Singapore based teams and teams from other parts of the world along with a set of recommendations for the future human capital strategy of Singapore.
