He felt that if his organisation could get the technical product development group, the market research function, the legal department dealing with licencing to work together, instead of in parallel, they could get new products to market faster and at less risk of product recall. It just wasn't clear at all how this could ever become a reality. He approached Lynda at the event who invited him to speak to the Hot Spots team.
