Marzia is a creative thinker. She believes in the power of interbreeding concepts and bringing design thinking to the innovation process in order to exploit new opportunities for businesses and to create a better end user experience for our clients.

With broad experience in product, graphic and exhibition design, Marzia adds knowledge and expertise in design strategy, design management and innovation management to the Hot Spots team.  She is an authentic and inquisitive member of Gen Y- currently researching urban mobility, envisioning, investigating and visualising future scenarios through an in-depth exploration of the evolution of society, culture and technology.

Marzia graduated with first class honours in Industrial Design in Italy in 2008 and has a Master's Degree in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London.  Marzia was born in Italy and lives in London.
