John works extensively with clients to help them overcome the most complex organisational challenges through harnessing the power of their employees’ collective voice. Marketing, developing and producing Hot Spots Movement’s Jam platforms, our bespoke crowd-sourcing tool, John ensures organisations gain actionable results using their collaborative intelligence.

Previously, John provided Business Intelligence to the nuclear power industry and was responsible for coordinating the world’s largest Advanced Reactor conference and whitepaper series, as well as helping to develop the UK Government’s strategy on the matter. John read Psychology at the University of Birmingham.
