Bespoke, interactive workshops
We run bespoke workshops on topics matching our areas of expertise of team performance and the future of work. The workshops are designed in collaboration with each client, and we don’t use a standard outline, nor standard content.
As the optimum learning approach for adults is through experience, we capture the participants’ attention with a highly interactive format that includes innovative exercises and storytelling to illustrate the content from different angles. It also reflects the working day of the participants where few decisions are taken by one person in isolation.
We often run workshops as modules that fit into companies’ internal leadership programmes. Organisations find that getting from external partners provides access to new theories and perspectives which enhance the organisation’s ability to understand and cope with business challenges.
Typically, managers of in-house leadership programmes look for partners that are flexible, committed and passionate about their area of expertise and how they deliver it.
The duration is typically 1 to 1.5 days but as we don’t use a set formula, we are highly flexible and adapt both content and style to fit the overall theme and style of the leadership programme.
