The short diagnostic tool

It takes only 10 minutes to fill this short profiling tool out, and is it is self administered online and very user-friendly.

We often use it as an element of our bespoke workshops which ensures that the workshop agenda is focused on identified needs  of the teams or the organisation in question and therefore highly relevant and engaging.

The feedback is integrated into the workshop agenda and takes the form of helping the profiled teams understand the feedback provided as an outcome of the online survey. The team is therefore highly involved in understanding the feedback rather than merely receiving it in a passive way.
