Ellen Kwan


Ellen produces insights in collaboration with members from the Future of Work Research Consortium, and generates insights and solutions from Collaboration Jams to facilitate culture change. With a background in Organisational Psychology, Ellen is passionate about using theoretical insights to help organisations shape their people strategy.

Before joining HSM, Ellen was a Talent Management Associate to help organisations develop retention strategies. Previously, she was in the Talent Development Unit with the United Nations Development Programme to implement a new learning strategy. Ellen completed an MA in Industrial-Organisational Psychology from New York University. Outside of work, Ellen enjoys discovering new restaurants and dancing ballet.
